Inspiration hit once again today. Only to be extinguished
by Old Man Winter! Where the heck is this "Global Warming"?
Oh well...I tried today but wasn't really pleased with the results.

wow, this is an imposing structure! - what is it exactly, a gateway to someplace?
good choice to go for B&W: nice shadows. :o)
It is the remnants of a very old and prominent local church that had burnt down in the sixties. All that was left was the facade and some of the sides. They built a new church and was erected at the rear using some of the original structure. You can see part of it in the photo below too.
